The Hornbill Festival also known as 'Festival of Festivals', is a unique celebration and showcase of the tribal culture and rich heritage of Nagaland. It is held every year from 1st December to 10th December in the Naga heritage village of kisama.
All the tribes and locals take part in the vibrant festivities that aim to highlight, revive and protect the culture and traditions of this state.

Day 1: Guwahati to Dimapur
Pickup from Guwahati Airport and Railway Station. Overngiht travel in train starting from guwahati at 10:30 pm to reach dimapur at 5:30 am next day.
*Note : if your are coming to direct Dimapur airport. Day 1 in Dimapur.
Day 2: Dimapur to Kohima & Sightseeing
Journey towards Kohima from Dimapur station. today we will visit the catholic church, kohima war cemetery and nagaland state museum. the return to homestay/hotel for the night.
Day 3: Kisama Village ( Hornbill festival )
Full day at leisure at the famous, most beautiful Hornbill Festival at the heritage village of Kisama.
Day 4: Kohima ( shopping & Night cornival )
Today explore the local markets in the morning till mid afternoon. Mao market, Tibetan market, the blue maket and other local markets. in evening enjoy Night cornival.
Day 5: Kohima to Guwahati
Say goodbye to Nagaland with a truckload of beautiful memories. after breakfast drive to the Dimapur station / airport for departure to respective destinations.
