The Marketing Manager will be responsible for Developing, Implementing and Executing Strategic
Online and Offline Marketing Strategies for the Brand.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinating with Design, Social and Content team for Deliverables of Marketing Strategies
  • Creating Strategies to acquire new customers
  • Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
  • Develop Pricing Strategies for New Products
  • Develop Strategies for Digital Ads across Platforms and Coordinate with Team.
  • Setting Budget and Generating Leads.
  • Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support
  • Updating on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
  • Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies
  • Monitor current campaigns, ensuring about complete necessary tasks & deadlines 
  • Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure

Qualifications / Skills Required:

  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Similar Role
  • Knowledge and Implemented Strategies of Google / Meta and other Ads platforms
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize deadlines accordingly
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

# Social Media Executive

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Create a social media content strategy & detailed plan for Social Media Channels e.g. Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn etc.
  • Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action
  • Collaborating with Graphic Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
  • Create a plan for Instagram content strategies and develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis 
  • Create engaging campaigns, captions, posts, stories, reels, and other Instagram content
  • Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Acquire & maintain content from trip/trek leader e.g, Pictures, Videos etc
  • Manage social media channels, especially Facebook, Instagram & Linkedin
  • Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.
  • Manage digital ads strategy to ensure the online conversation

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the planning and development of treks & trips
  • Handle end to end responsibility of Fixed Departure and Domestic trek operations
  • Lead and guide day, weekend and multi day fixed departure group Treks & trips
  • Conduct pre-trek/event meetings with participants
  • Taking care of post-sales activities like scheduling, briefing and guiding the customers on the Trek
  • Responsible for the on-field operations.

You will be required to interact with our guests and guide them toward picking the best experience package to suit all of their requirements and interest. Job Description :

  • Serve as a key member of the sales team, helping to drive overall strategy and business growth in line with company’s plans

Job Description 

  • Coordinating with the sales team on collating bookings for all trips.
  • Cross-referencing the bookings collated by the accounts team.
  • Keeping a track of all the bookings accurately in case of refunds and cancellations.
  • Preparation of registration & feedback for all trips.
  • Maintenance of client contacts on an ongoing basis.
  • Engaging and providing updates of various trips to the clients on particular trip groups.
  • Coordinate with trip leaders and make sure expenses are accounted for individual trips. Submission of these expenses to the accounts team after cross-referencing with senior management.
  • Conducting all admin tasks pertaining to individual trips once the final list of client bookings is provided by the accounts team.
  • Conducting hiring process for various positions.
  • Regular coordination with sales accounts team and trip leaders.
  • Invoicing and tracking payments,maintaining record, sending reminders (if required), compiling weekly reports

We are searching for a talented Affiliate Marketing Manager to create and help scale our affiliate program through creative thinking and a focus on proven affiliate strategies. This position will report to CEO and will focus on growing the Business. The successful candidate must have specific knowledge and experience working in the affiliate marketing industry, experience in the Travel vertical is a plus.


  • Identify and recruit new affiliates through various approaches including social networks etc.
  • Review and approve affiliate applications
  • Launch new affiliate programs and program improvements.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates
  • Ensure all partnership opportunities provide strong returns for the time/resources invested.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, communicate the performance of the programs and recommend improvements
